river value bet size?

What's the reason for the small 3 bet? Shouldn't this be a fold with the blinds both being short?
Otr 30bbs? Don't know what calls as V has been passive all the way. Maybe AcQc KcQc, very narrow.

If I have position then my 3bet is smaller but if I'm oop then it's bigger. But sometimes I even use smaller than smaller sizes ip.

As for the shorties, I didn't notice them at all, but I should be mindful of them. Thanks for mentioning that.

Especially the short stack in the SB will influence you're game plan, but in general if I would 3bet I would make it at least 2,5x in position. Out of position will be around 4x. Flop and turn play seems reasonable, but I wouldn't mind to try to get a free card on the turn. It will be tough to semi bluff against a weaker player. River I would Cbet around half pot and call a shove. I don't think we need to over bet shove. Than villain wouldfold top pair or weaker. Especially multi way villains will be tighter with calling.

I don’t know why they always think that I am bluffing. But this is why you want to polarize your range on river.

With straight you should always bet BIG on river. Main reason is simple - you unblock two pairs and sets.

That's exactly right and with a smaller 3bet size preflop, you invite a wide range of hands that make strong hands on this board, especially sets, imo. And it's not uncommon for them to slow play in this manner.
