I don't think it's really bad to Cbet turn for thin value with top pair and the 2nd nut flush draw against a unknown on NL2. Deecent change villain will call with random top pair combo's and weaker flush draws. Now you get in s tricky spot that villain is raising, but with the draw as back-up I would most likely just call and re-evaluete the river.
