3bet size pre is too small, I would make it 14BB considering the ESS and not to mention you are oop.

As played, it's just a cooler. Nothing you can do.

Its very common leak by microstakes players - you hit strong hand on mono and just inflate pot for protection without realizing that equity-wise your hand is a lot weaker to begin with than on rainbow or two tone board.Your bets postflop are too big. What you were expecting to get call from? Take it slow - sometimes having set is not that great as you block a lot of AJ+ <- thats why I would often check and let him turn something into bluff.

Villain could call with a lower set or a hand with one heart card. But now I think I should have bet only 1/3 of the pot OTF and OTT and check R.

I think I spoken like the villain in the hand because I would always stack AA here as the villain with flush but I looked this hand up in the solver and Emiya is right, AsAc should check on this flop 55.4%. But say if Hero did bet flop 15.5BB and the UTG called, and turn is Td, now Hero is supposed to check 94% on turn. And that's solved for 100BBESS, just imagine what those % will be at 150BBESS.

As played, as the Hero, I actually would check on flop a ton because getting raised is a stuff of nightmare.

If you are gonna bet you should bet small like 5BB on flop.
