Qh flush vs shove ott

It's a "standard" call at this limit. But in this situation (SB vs BTN), I prefer fold...At first look you don't have more than 20% equity here. Imo..Ok, maybe a little more :f_biggrin:. At "second look" ..Not enough, you should fold. Good for you actually...This shove...It save your stack..

Maybe I should explain. But I talked a lot for this spots. You can find this, if you want. Long story short, the board and your hand are blocking his "bottom value range". The bottom range for typical SB calling range.

for example , if this was 2♣:3♣:J♣:J♠:, this will be very different spot. An easy call, the spot up there is an easy fold. Maybe it's still unclear. In such a spot this shove is mainly for "protection". The weak players play like that, they check-shove OTT, because they are afraid of check-back or ugly card OTR. And some of them don't like to use donk bets, but they like chekc-raise. In such a spots you must think (fast ofc :f_biggrin:) for possible weaker hands in their range. Which they may shove for value. Those hands "increase" your equity. Drastically..That simple..

It's a call. 9x could do this.

Some genius level intellect will shove on turn with boat just to have you call while drawing dead though.

Only boat afraid of suck out is 55, imo.

I am optimistic about this hand so i am calling. I see plenty of worse hands playing like this. 9x hands they are a lot 98,9T,9J,9Q,9K,9A. 86 for a str8, maybe pair+fd hand,

It's so easy to justify such a call. That's why you should call, it's NL2. Why you even post this? What answers do you expect? Fold? No way..You can take all the 9x and you can call even with Kh9h..Easy call with QcTc..Easiest call ever..
I can suggest you to make some calculations with Equilab..For 2♣:3♣:J♣:J♠: and for 7♣:5♣:9♣:9♠:..Seeking the opinions of the other players will confuse you more. For such a spots...And remember, you can see anything here, even 2♦:3♦:. The question is "how often do you expect to see this"..

Without any info it's really hard to fold the flush. Especially on NL2 when players can over play hands.

Easy call

A baby taking his or her first steps in the world:

1. Saying "mama" or "dada".
2. Landing their own aeroplane into their own mouth.
3. Crawling across the floor.
4. Calling full stack in this spot with Q♣T♣ flopped flush.
5. Taking their first steps unaided.

I belive it is a clear call. You can rule out all full houses now, otherwise he would call/raise, but not to allin. He might def have a 9x
And, off course, he might have a higher flush, but when you opened with QTs it is one the best flops you can get, right??
