How would you guys play this hand to get the most value out of it?

Call on the flop, I don't really think we have to fear a flushdraw too much here because we hold the A♦.
If he bets again on the turn I would call again and make a Valuebet if he checks the river of maybe half the pot.
If he checks the Turn, bet. If you get raised there you are generally up against a set, but you have to use your judgement there, no general guidelines for this situations available of course.

I think by playing this way we get the most value out of hands like KQo and we lose the minimum against a set from our opponent(Coldcall is often a Pocketpair).
