EP is maniac who I have seen to stack off flop with dry bottom two pair on J96ss flop in 3way single raised pot with 100bb stack. MP was more of usual high vpip passive type.
So I suppose EP stack off threshold is quite low on this spot. Flop SPR is 1.8. I think HU I would not hesitate to stack off with plain top pair blocker but not sure if we can go for it 3way. Without reads I think fold is standard but with this guy potentially committing himself with most draws and stuff like pair+gs...
