If you have a PartyPoker Account with our Bonus Code and when you pass the quiz you should of course get the money.
In case there are technical problems our support-team will get in touch with you via our ticket system (some sort of internal e-mail system) you can find the ticket system when you log in at our website on the top left corner beneath your nickname.
I will try to contact someone from the support team (they start to work in 15 mins) as soon as possible and i hope i can get more information about your case.
But all in all we should solve the problem throughout the day.
