I think you're play is alright. It's unlikely this board helps villain at all.
Off course the cold call pre-flop out of position in the BB is suspicious in combination with check/raising on a dry board like this. I don't think calling or shoving makes to much difference except that villain could bluff sometimes, but that's unlikely.

I agree with SDK, however vs a NIT I wouldn't feel great about my hand as the only hands that make sense he would shove for value OTT are full houses and bullets. I'd probably still pay him off though.

I guess a nit wouldn't cold call a 3bet pre-flop out of position that would be a full house or quads on the turn. 22 & 55 would fold right away and TT isn't a hand that would check/raise the flop. Also cold calling a 3bet with TT in the BB without closing the action is loose for a nit. The only hand that makes sense would be AA to induce a 4bet of the CO player pre-flop. Off course check/raise flop with AA on a dry board is a little bit weird. AA doesn't need any protection with in mind hero has most of the time 2 outs to improve or villain expect hero has always a over pair that he can't get away from. It makes it only more suspicious. Especially if a tight player takes this line makes folding flop reasonable, but tough to do. With decent pre-flop reads like this you can even check behind and fold turn on a reasonable bet

4bet on this stakes is very seldom so more times CO calls or fold here (in my opinion). Now I have some information about this player and can help this if I meet him again.

That could help for sure. but you can't adjust you're strategy based on 1 hand against this particler player I think.

Reraising flop is a losing play because now he can fold hands we do dominate. Also he can have nothing at all, it is paired board and a lot of people go nuts when they see a paired board.
