Opponent likes open limps preflop and on one spot bet-call river on board AQ52Q with JJ. On the turn with flush You bet or check to him to get action? River is very bad but after I bet turn I decide bet river to get value from worse flush (for example Qs or Js).

Betting turn is fine. Especially against a passive villain. With that in mind I would size up river to around 70c. If villain has nothing villain will fold anyway and if villain has straight, trips or lower flush you get still action with a bigger sizing.
