Opponent is unknown, on the flop I have nut flush draw so I cbet here, opponent can fold here some pockets for example with which defend blind. On the turn I catch broadway draw too and opponent small donkbet and I have two possibilities: call or raise with semi bluff I decide call. River is blank, opponent again bet small so should try raise with big size to try throw him with this hand or just fold?

After calling small bet on turn you dont rep anything by raising so its easy give up.

I don't think I would play it differently. I don't think bluff raising will wotk that well against a unknown on the turn.
Off course villains small lead looks weak, but could be a induce bet.
