i put him on some high cards but after minraise i think i was beat, should i play this different?

The board is paired, so it's unlikely he improved. So yes it's a good board to cbet.

After he called I will actually put a PP in his range so I'm going to take C/F line unless I improve. (He is unlikely to lay down a FH to a second barrel)

I would also cbet there. Turn is either b/f or c/f depending on the player. Against unknown I would c/f just to be on the safe side.

Hello,

Flop: Ye sure, pretty good board to make a CBet. He is laying down a lot of hands.
Turn: I would likely Check/Fold against this opponent, I don't see him folding here very often.
