Everytime I started a blog here, I lost every grain of my luck an lost all my money. Hopefully, this time it will not happened.

But guys I need your help. I am strugling with choosing the right format. Basically I dont have time for playing poker and I dont enjoy playing micro stakes :)
Last year I have played mostly spins, but I am loosing money there in the hope that I will hit 1milion at least
I am enjoying playing MTTs, but I am tired when playing more than 4 hours. SNG is dying format, or at least it seems to me. So please help, what would you suggest?

Its better to choose one day per week for some MTT session, or play 5days per week playing some spins/cash games?

Cash games might be option and perhaps try out omaha? I have never liked holdem cash that much but with omaha it has been more interesting for me. At least one of good sides is that it's easy to play shorter sessions.

The nice thing about poker is you need no big money in beginning.

If you play on stars, sometimes theres action on mixed games. I sat with isildur1 in thoose, but wanted to turn off auto topup, and could not rejoin after😡 he attracted big fish.

I think there is still traffic for SNG. 4 tables at Stars is no problem. And I think on ACR you will find also traffic for SNGs.

But you should select a format where your feeling good. If you want to play more then one great session try SNG. I do this, one reason is the long time for MTT sessions. So I can play for 1 hour 2 hours and finish then.

And when you don't like micro stakes and not a winning player you need a good bankroll

You like to play high variance games like MTT's and Spin and Go's.
I'm interested what kind of bankroll manegement you are using with in mind you lost you're bankroll a couple of times.

Cheers,

If you have always lost your money, the harsh truth is that the outcome will be the same no matter what format you choose.

Cash games are good format if your time or attention span is limited, as you can play as short sessions as you like. In my opinion PLO is more interesting than HE, but also it takes a bit more to get a grip of the basics and understand what you need to do in order to win money.

Thanks for the answers, I appreciate it.

So maybe during the week i will try some SNG/cash/MTT sat sessions and friday or saturday I will do a MTT.

Heh, my bankroll management, there is any. Basically playing 10e spins and when I bust then I bust, no big deal. But in general for all those years I am still in green numbers.

With spring coming, there should be some mtt festivals right?

I was thinking about setting some goals for this year last days. So here they are:

Poker:
- Create some small utility to extract hand history from Chico network to HEM3
- Last year, i deposited 1300euro to several networks, so try to reduce it in a half this year
- Top5 in bigger MTT
- Play at least one live poker satellite

Real life:
- Hiking - there are so many beautiful places and trails around, some of them where I have not been yet. (Goal would be to vist 10 easy trails (around 5km with kid), 5 medium (10km) and one hard (>15km))
- Geoaching - connected with hiking, find at least 40 caches
- Exercise - T25 - at least 5 workouts per week

I noticed yesterday, that I have one ticket that would expire today on WPT, so just played on mobile, but it is nice boost to my roll.

Today walking over the frozen lake. But it's a big shame that no big events in jumping and cross-country skiing are held here, when we have almost perfect conditions and snow all winter.

Week 2:

ACR: 131.1 (-21.1)
Jackpoker: 191.79 (+116.58)
KK: 145.3 (0)
WPT: 134.06 (+100)

Start BR: 535.6
Weekly profit: +195,48
Current BR: 602.25

Hot streak !!! One hit on MTT, but mostly played cash on Jack and spins on ACR. And I decided to cash out all money from Synot and use it later on different room.
