Opponent is not good player when I check him stats so I decide catch bluff on the river from busted flush draw.

You can clearly overbet turn. As played on river I think I prefer betting but you have 2 unblockers to his no showdown hands so check can't be bad.

I'm interested what kind of reads you have on the villain of the hand.
Ony stats isn't everything to think villain makes fishy moves post-flop. Normally I would go for 3 streets as well.
Not sure I would overbet on the turn without specific reads on a pretty dry board.
