Villain is active. Tends to cbet and bet in general too merged.

Pre standard defend. Flop no point to stab.

So I think he can have some mediocre two pairs and draws on turn. Of course also straights. I dont think he is bad enough to 3bet turn with dry nuts. So I thought to semibluff having JJ. I can easily have like AJ+fd here.

River complete front door flush. I thought its quite rare opponent has flush with his high cbet tendency and flop being good for his range. J♣: is also very powerful blocker imo.

PS: Well actually it seems trainer does stab flop with my combo sometimes. Was starting to think that maybe with high club and future straight blockers it could make some sense :)

My thinking is that most of your bluffs needs backup to be profitable and on 2fd board your back ups are going to fds. The J♣: sucks and so I could see the solver checking down OTR, but in reality I think you should continue.

I wonder about the sizing though. If he has fl he's calling regardless of sizing, even if you bet 100%. But if he does have these mediocre hands you mentioned you could apply a lot of pressure with a maybe 66% bet. Maybe betting a middling sizing could make some sense?

J♣: is obviously good for river blocking the flush. AJ+cc probably 3bets turn but he can still have fair amount of stuff like KQjcc type combos we block on river. River sizing I tend to follow my value bet sizing. Though I suppose in this case we rarely actually have nut flush which could also be good reason to downsize. Not something I considered in game.

Yeah if I didnt have fd on turn I would just fold always. Especially on double fd boards our bluffs need to be equity driven or at least avoid those close to no equity ones.
