While i am browsing in the forum i was redirected by Chrome by their protection page with info about suspicious pages. Here is the warming messages. Web admins please take a look at ur page.

The website at www.pokerstrategy.com contains elements from the site www.holisticdesign.info, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.

It sounds to me like you may be infected with Malware.

These days, spyware installed on your computer tells you you have
viruses and also tells you you are unsafe and prompts you to pay for
their product to protect yourself.

Some are so bad they just take right over your machine, and you can barely
use your computer because almost every mouse click you make,
opens up a warning window, some even change your desktop background and use
your memory up so your pc usage is reading at 100% which the program also
blames on viruses.

I use ESET NOD 32, and I have never had a warning using Poker Strategy.

Hello!
I never use an anti-virus software and the browser doesn't warn me either. So I also think the problem might be on your machine.

Oh dear. I suggest you to get anti-virus software!

NOD 32 doesn't do web scanning. You have to upgrade to ESET Smart Security for that.

i think it has something to do with chrome itself... i encountered that also but never had any problems with firefox...

also it never hurts to have an anti-vrus coupled with a good anti- malware/spyware capability... you could never say what lurks out there especially for us who play for cash online...

:f_cool:

I never liked chrome. Never felt it's faster than firefox for stuff other than google.

As for the anti-virus: I am using Ubuntu 9.04 and the viruses for Windows have no chance here. And besides - nothing can be installed without my super-user password.

Lol yeah, the terminal command is like: sudo su

And it asks for the new superuser (su) password and then you log to any poker site and boom - you see the hole cards.
Linux is the hacker's OS you know?!?
