No reads on villain. Pre clear defend. Flop I prefer x-c in general but considering wide ranges in play I suppose x-r would be fine. E.g. we have rarely like Q+three side cards over 9. Based on preflop and flop sizings this guy could be reggy.

As played on turn clear x-c imo. Turn sizing is bit small from villain.

River he bets big. I decided to go for pot raise (which was close to allin) but I felt like it can be somewhat thin in practise. I think we want to use big sizing at least theory wise as value range even in solver land is probably QT, QJ, QQ pretty much. Was wondering what could I use as bluff here? Maybe some AQxx with just trips could make sense. Or potentially some KJT type blocking best boats as well. Though that hand would seem like reasonable bluff catcher also.

Pre clear defend.

I don´t think it´s an obvious defend pre with K♣:Q♥:T♥:6♦:. For low-stakes solver starts a mixed strategy when it comes to KQTLss and the 6x dangler having a inside wrap possibility to the :Tx: is right on the borderline.

Flop I prefer x-c in general but considering wide ranges in play I suppose x-r would be fine.

Yeah agree, but it´s a low freq, check-raise. With Ace-kicker or better it´s a more frequent value check-raise. Anything else is a low 10% freq. check-raise, hard to identify patterns here though.. it´s also all over the place considering rank of side-cards.

As played on turn clear x-c imo. Turn sizing is bit small from villain.

Nope QTxx in solverland in general is just a check-call, vs half-pot river barrel a low 14% check-raise with :Kx::Qx::Tx: full specifically. I guess don´t underestimate the possible amount of :Qx::Jx: possible. I mean does not mean it is necessarily overplayed, I'd agree you would gain additional value against a lot of players who are not going anywhere with a full here (basically slightly overplaying their hand) due to wider ranges. But more tight barrel strategies and way more merged betting ranges at the first place make it marginal. Against unknown I think it´s slightly overplayed.

I don't think that raising 2nd nuts with passive line on the river is over playing, in reality. Solver has the problem that it needs to be balanced, so for valuerange of QQ, QJ, QT it would need to have enough bluffs too. And on this river it's harder to have those. Naked trips and KJT are pretty much it.

It's one of those situations where solver has balanced value/bluff range, but do we? Would we really, REALLY shove AQ or KJT here versus unknown?

Yes agree. In reality it's probably still a good play..

Solver bluffs AQ and KJT ? Well.. I personally am capable of doing so hehe.. _cool:
(KJTx intuitively looks like a very good bluff candidate to me blocking straights and multiple fulls but I assume I would have fewer of those JTxx combos in my turn calling range if the turn bet would've been properly sized up.)

For x-r flop I did study similar spot earlier. I did notice some hands like KQ65ds might be x-r. I think idea might be that by having bad side cards we benefit from protection more. On other hand we unblock lot of straight draws which could give action. Where as if we have like let's say KQJT on QQ9 we also block lot of potential continues.

For river x-r bluff we probably don't want to block straights. Ideal bluff combos would block top hands as much possible while unblocking bottom of villain value range. Nut straight is absolute bottom of value range for most people and I think lot of people would also check that on river even with good boat blockers.

But such combos are unlikely. Maybe some Qxxxds with connected three low cards or JT98.

From villain point of view facing river raise it might be better to call with like AKQ than 9955 type boat. TT and JJ underboats still have blockers versus my value range though so those are likely better than Q blocker.

Yes it´s one point having less playability, the other is we have no pure strategy with such condensed hands. I think, it´s not like it´s a pure value-check-raise with trips but has again both SDV and FE character. We´d also benefit from draws folding or making them pay (lots of low-equity stuff, even with air like bdfd´s and onepair holdings). I assume this makes us wanting to have a small check-raise sizing (half-pot) as we can deny cheap. Cause vice versa, some stuff we should not bluff cbet like high pairs ( I mean I am not sure but often solver checks basically all high pair-SDV) is still in a villains merged cbetting range on paired flops. So those are actually bluffs still have low but nutted redraw-equity (and implieds value technically is value).

KQJT can be good or bad aswell, question is what´s more relevant and this depends on villains range. (Idk how solver responds to check-raises here, from NLHE in solver environment I am aware I'd just call a big junk that´s what my impression what´s right in PLO solver solutions too but actually doing the opposite in real play lol cause it´s such an underbluffed spot against my playing field).

Blocking the continues with KQJT is actually more of check-calling candidate to me if I'd mirror myself into villains shoes? We block villains bluffing range (gutshots, straightdraw blockers) so we are more like to be up against trips aswell and would be isolating ourself against his stronger range portion (fulls and trips+topkicker/good sidecards) - not pushing any equity. We also do not fear the straightdraw conterfeiting us. For the KQ65 the double-suit is kinda relevant cause it has some little backdoor value against calling trips and yes reverse blocking villains straight draws is a good thing I'd say to make it a raise. Alltogether we probably havae enough Qxxx combos with weak side-value overall so we kinda have some randomizers picking the ones we wanna check-raise. Personally I did not get there yet.

Not sure here what you mean, I am little confused too. I basically mean it´s nice shoving the straightblocker in villains shoes ip blocking hero´s bluffcatching range not shoving oop as hero.
