Button should be a fish (but no stats from any of them)

Cap, call, fold?

Party Poker 3.00/6.00 Hold'em (6 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is SB with J♠, J♥.
1 folds, MP raises, 1 folds, Button 3-bets, Hero ???

Btw I fear that I'm not very tilt resistent.. after a few blowups I start calling down like a fish :/

F.e. I catch one bluff and after that I don't belief him anything and calldown with A-high without thinking much more about it :/

I even noticed that I said to myself: "Lost xy$...... him nevermind" But not in the way of normal variance.. more like.. I really don't care about that money (even if thats only less than 100BB)
After thinking this I quitted the session immediatly :/

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

In this situation i would call cause its just hard to play JJ if Overcards flop, you are out of position and you dont have stats of him. If i was in position instead (for example if villain was SB) , i would cap because with these almost-high pocketpairs you often get into situations where you can checkbehind or take a free showdown. But preflop i am often unsure about situations, i rarely use pokerstove, so this could be bullshit.

I think tilt-resistence comes with experience. If you get beaten often enough you stop caring. Maybe it helps if you try to look more logical at situations. For example you have TopPair and you know mister 40wts-fish is calling you down with something like bottom pair, before you bet the river, say to yourself "ok, in one out 8 cases this river made him twopair or better. Its a valuebet, but once in a while i am beat, which is ok, i make the money longterm". Dont know if this helps, there just are no easy solutions for psychological problems.

alright thank you :)

the idea to stove is a nice one ;)

i give the raiser 15% vpip and the 3-better (passiv fish just no exact stats) around 6.5%

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 23.396% 22.35% 01.04% { 66+, A5s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, A9o+, KJo+ }
Hand 1: 37.411% 36.09% 01.32% { TT+, ATs+, KQs, AJo+ }
Hand 2: 39.194% 38.46% 00.74% { JJ }

39% is more than 33% so I should probably cap.

I must admit I am a bit impressed how well JJ do here.

I folded btw (the worst of the 3 and got punished because of that I guess (TT))
