Your bet is a normal bet-size for the CO first in.
The BTN raises, but we can still put him on a wide range, as he has position and your bet may be considered a steal: all suited broadways, pocket pairs from 88 and up, AJo, AQo, Ako and even A2s - A5s.
The SB however is a different story. In a two-way pot, he might 4 -bet TT, JJ and some suited broadways, but in a multiway pot I would narrow it down to QQ, KK, AA and AK.
You're far behind his range and there is still the BTN behind you, so without any reads on the SB, I would muck QQ reluctantly.

Without reads against a <100bb stack I don't think it's to crazy to stack off with QQ.
Most regs play with at least 100bb and I would expect villain could be a recreational player.
Against a TAG regurlar I would most likely fold, but tough to do.
