Apologies if this is poor poker notation. This isn't my hand so I cannot copy it from a tracking software, however I have tried to mimic the notation I've seen as best I can.

My question is why would the hero give up on the turn. Surely the 2 is a great card to continue bluffing. The A,J is still fantastic for our range and bluffing. A turn bet puts any middle pocket pairs, flush draws or Jx in an uncomfortable position. Furthermore, the buttons range should have nearly no 2x in it so this is not a scare card. That was my thought process anyway. Interested to hear opinions on the half pot turn bet that I would have made.

It's villain depended if I would barrel the turn again. You want to attack small pairs that would call the really small Cbet on the flop. Against a unknown I would Cbet as well around 40% pot.
