I played a hand A7s, there was one raise preflop, but one limper one caller of the raise and I was thinking the limper will also call, I was lucky another person also called the raise. I was hoping to get a flush with my hand with Ace high. I called the raise for this purpose. But I hitted the flop differently. I got top two pair, with a flush draw and maybe ace hands with a higher kicker. The winner of the hand limp called preflop. He checked and raised all in after a bet and a raise at the flop. This shows massive hand strenght, and I should be aware that limp calling is done from people to hit a set at the flop.
I have two other 7 possible and two other aces in the deck. This only gives me 4 outs. 4 / 44 = 0,093 equity for the full house. But still I have a strong hand, top two pair. Would you have folded after the bet and the raise and all in raise from the limp caller. I think now where I have more time this should have been a fold. Let's think my opponent has a flush draw. I have only positive equity against the flush draw, but against the two possible sets with 77 and 33 I'm way behind. I don't think my opponent has AA because he limp called preflop.
How would you have been decided? Fold or call at the flop after the limp call, check bet raise raise all in action?
I think either my opponent has a set of 3 or 7 or a flush draw. The only hand I'm ahead of is the flush draw, for the two sets I'm behind, I think this gives me 1 hand category where I'm ahead and 2 where I'm behind. I think with this knowledge it is a fold?
