1/2 Live Full House over Full House, should have I played differently?

I am unsure if I misplayed this hand, so any input would be fantastic! I included my thought process.

8-handed
Hero (UTG): 175BB
Villain (CO): 200BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T♠: T♣:
Hero raises to 3BB, fold, fold, fold, CO reraises to 12.5BB, fold, fold, fold Hero calls

Flop: (pot: 26.5BB, 2 players) T♦: 9♠: 9♣:
Hero checks, CO bets 13BB, Hero calls
- called his cbet, dry board so didn't opt to raise

Turn: (pot: 52.5, 2 players) K♦:
Hero checks, CO checks

River: (pot: 52.5, 2 players) J♠:
Hero bets 17.5 BB
- I bet small to either induce a bluff or allow a reraise for hands like AA, AK, AQ, KJs, A9s. I thought that a larger bet would often lead to just a call with top pairs, two pairs, and even potentially a straight
CO reraises to 87.5 BB, Hero calls
CO shows J♣: J♥:

What do you think? Could have I escaped that full house over full house/did I play correctly? Any suggestions would be great, thank you!

It's really hard to get away here. It's basicly JJ, KK or you win. Off course reads on villain could help in spots like this.
