I built a solid background in NLH cash games before switching to Pot Limit Omaha 3 months ago.

I started at €5 tables and now play €25 games with a solid win rate.

I don't know Ale, but I can say that being part of active study group is one of the best free ways to improve in poker. The more you just think and talk about poker, the more you understand it. Study groups are often active in the beginning, and then they slowly die. But that active phase is often very valuable for the players.
