I got mine in less then 24hours. Guess you have to be patient or contact the PS crew

patience my friend, patience... check your e-mails and tickets from support as well 
have sent a ticket, they said it will take 48 hours, sent another one after 72 hours and they havent replyd.
But im waiting... was just bored and hoped an admin will awnser this..

Hello dwyt84,
As explained in the original news you need 888 lifetime points in order to be eligible for the second starting capital. You don't have enough lifetime points yet in order to receive it.
