CO: 200 BB (VPIP: 11.76, PFR: 5.88, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 17)

9 players post ante of 0.5 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 6 BB) Hero has Q♥ J♦

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (13.5 BB, 3 players) T♣ J♥ 3♠
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 7 BB, fold, BB calls 7 BB

Turn: (27.5 BB, 2 players) Q♠
BB checks, Hero bets 18.2 BB, BB raises to 102.9 BB and is all-in, Hero?

Preflop near the bottom of my range, but think still fine. Flop should be value in c-bet. Turn easy c-bet. What after raise? Can I ever fold here top 2 pair?

Villain can have a wide defending range after SB calls. That makes it a tricky spot on the turn.
A straight seems kind of unlikely. AK would most likely play more aggressive pre-flop and otherwise a fold on flop.
K9 should most likely fold the flop and 98 seems possible. A set is possible, but you block 2 of them.

Only thing is that you only beat weaker 2 pairs and a over played flush draw. Villain seems passive and I would most likely fold, but it's really hard 1.
