In general it should never take longer then 48h.
Most transfers are made within 24hours.
On a few rare occasions it can take 3 days so up to 72h (but this only happens when we have technical problems or half of our support team is ill)
And on a more rare occasions 
it won't happen because people forgot to check their mails/tickets at our site where they are informed by our support team that they entered a wrong PartyPoker Account Name or their Screen Name instead of Account name and we can't do the transfar...and they wonder why they don't get the money

The problem is that you got an id check.
We do make some sample test to protect us against people trying to abuse our offer. Actually you got an email with further instructions perhaps just check your spam directory or your tickets at pokerstrategy.
