Top pair top kicker would you call the river bet on a ugly board

Dear community,
would you call the river bet which is over the pot ratio? I wasn't sure why villian is betting so high. Does he wants maximum value from his flush? Or is he just bluffing at the river and wants me to fold?

I was holding top pair top kicker and I think for such a high bet size I should find a fold here? What do you think?

Villains 2 times pot lead is really strange on the river. Indeed flush came, but didn't show any aggression on this point.
I would most likely fold. Flush is possible and even full house changes.

Normal I would try to represent a over pair on the flop with a Cbet and re-evaluete on further action.

Hi SDK1987,
here is the full hand. Villian had a full house from the flop onwards and was slowplaying.

Fair enough. Is indeed a decent change. Kind of loose call pre-flop without position to call for set value.
