You can raise it preflop, but its close. Check is fine.
On turn I would call his minraise and try to get a cheap showdown.
River: you are likely beat, if you dont have any reads that he can there with trips or weaker. Here I would play bet/fold.

Turn: Bet/Call this min-raise. No point in 4betting that lite, he is going to call you with a draw.

River: block bet around 1/3 the pot. You only beat a bluff, there is absolutely no reason to go broke on this unraised pot.
