As a general rule, can I always go all-in preflop with AK and QQ in a NL2 game?

I think you can.. at least i did and you really often see worse hands on NL2..
Well sometimes when i just raised 4 or 5 bbs and someone shoved i would fold my AK because i invested little and to avoid variance.. but well on NL2 its fine to shove
