I haven´t played on that limits, but here is what I would do:
SB vs BB. SB would raise with almost any kind of hand there and BB knows that, so he protects his blind. Standard raise on the flop- easy call on BB. I think that you should bet the turn- that shows that you have something and you don´t try to steal pot. If BB raises- you can easily lay down the hand. I would call it down, you at least have a pair and I´m not sure that BB has anything. You just didn´t bet on the turn- that shows weakness and then the villain have to bet to get the pot.
One question to the stats of villain:
Is the 64 the Went to Showdown or the number of hands?
Folding the turn is, in my opinion, too weak. He calls the flop with every two Overcards to the 3. If he is aggressive and has a high Went to Showdown value, so I would check/call the turn and check/call the river for bluffinduce. Otherwise, if he hasn't got a high Went to Showdown value I would play it bet/fold turn, check/call river.
Wts is really needed here.
The pot is not very big. And if he has a low wts check/folding is ok I guess.
The higher the wts the more I call it down (calldown because very aggressive)
i think the fold is really bad. Against such an aggressive opponent on such an unscary board c/f the turn is imo a nono. He could easily call any two on the flop and often bluffbets turn and river.
We dont have a valuebet but can induce bluffs very well here.
