After you recover psychologically, analyse your game....see if you had a good bankroll managemant and applied the begginer rules.
I also have some psychological issues I am dealing with......but if I can beat them....i think I will make an excellent poker player.....

haha i know but i love to play poker <3 but i have taken a break (like right now) and plan on sleeping on it to come back in a better mood so i can grind some 0.02/0.04 which is the correct BRM.
It just feals annoying because i had a big stack of over $500 an now i gotta play with the donkeys again which i need to re-adjust too...
