Hello everyone.
I've started playing online poker (NLHE) with my PS starting capital. I used up my 50 bucks in about a week. I didnt follow the SSS, and i was used to playing live poker with my friends, which is WAY different than how it is played online. Although i was starting to pick up on how things worked online, i didnt manage to save my bankroll. In some mystical way, i got another 15 bucks on my account. I played a bit and now i have about 30$. I tried out the SSS for a bit and i think i will adopt it. However there are a few things that i wanted to ask.
1. It's really hard to stay focused when playing SSS. Most of the time you dont get any playable hands, and it gets pretty boring watching other people play. I try and do other things too when playing, but i feel this is a bad habit since im missing out of info from the game and i can also lose my focus because im busy doing other things. How do you advise me to keep my focus and not get bored?
2. I know it's very important to mix up your game. A lot of people have statistic aid, and in poker that's a very valuable asset. The SSS, as effective as it may be, is very predictable. Especially if someone knows and recognizes the strategy, you are at serious disadvantage. I know most people playing at low limits probably dont have these tools, yet it's something that bothers me when i play SSS.
Hopefully this time ill manage to keep my bankroll alive
