Hello,
I passed the quiz a 10 days ago, I received an e-mail asking for a picture of my documents. I sent it.
Some days latter I received a ticket asking again for my documents, but with a photo of mine. I sent it.
And now, had passed almost four days that i sent the second picure of my documents (this time with my photo) and I received no answer, neither e-mails, neither tickets.
Why this is taking so long?

I sent a document whith my photo already 96 h ago, and i havent got any answer yet.
I find it hard to believe you are complaining that you haven't recieved free money

a response from support ... so do not panic ... situation will be resolved shortly
