I´d expect player to raise sets a lot of times on the flop, since board is drawy and he can represent flushdraw
AK is likely also 4-bet pf
so in general you should be ahead a lot of times, so I´d bet 35$ on the turn for value and likely call shove

I like c/r all-in on the turn. It's unlikely he has AK and 33, 99 is most likely holding that beats us. By c/r you induce every float to bet.

i dont think he has worse A , like close to never, bcs he s rly tight, appers to be so.. so he mostly has underpair, fd here or better than we. That being said, its true that he may often go for c behind with worse, but with betting turn we rly dont get much value from worse, simply bcs there are not enough worse calling twice. However he might put us on underpair easily with c turn, and wanting to test/ bet his semibluff on turn, and after our shove he might get much better odds then if we lead out. Also: if c turn, and he c behind we can put a vbet on river which he s more likely to call with underpair, fe TT-KK then if we barelled turn directly. So c turn should be more +ev in this regard too. Also: the board is not rly too drawy, if he called on flop, only fd, so its pretty easy to put him on a good range and play indirectly vs it.
