I think I just call on the flop here actually and get it in if I hit, He seems to have Low AF which scares me a bit multiway like this.

12-9 Outs = Strong Draw but not Strong enough to be >51% as in Equity based on 2 streets.

Therefore I just check/call here and evaluate the Turn. Moreover with FDs/SDs, you want to play with more opponents to keep your implied odds as big as possible.
