Please convert this hand next time as it is easier for us to read :)

I don't recommend shoving KJo for 19bb in the long term as it will result in a negative expected value

Imho, if you are going to play SSS like this, your poker career will be... "Shortlived".

No offence, but many of your plays are not in the starting hands charts and I would recommend you start with that.
