When playing SSS, you can't play some hands after a raise preflop, and a bet postflop.
So 2 questions:
1. You raise pre-flop, missed, and will usually bluff bet vs one opponent for 2/3 the pot. But your opponent (usually a blind) bets 1BB into the 10BB (usually) or so pot. Do you ignore the bet and continue as usual?
2. Do you ignore min-raises and just treat them as 2 limpers? Or do you fold and treat them as a legit raise?
