CAn I cap this preflop?

Anyway... fold flop?

After the check on the turn I put him on a weak pair so I would have folded on the river for a bet.

I think you should cap this hand against this villain. [Another way to play it could be to call the 3-bet and check/raise a good flop (for example T54 or J53); this is definitely not a good flop and moreover this villain seems to bet the turn again, so fold flop ]
