Flop and turn are standard
I think river play would be more interesting
You need to call 10 to win 28, so you ahve to be good 26%, which is imo enough to call on the river
9T missed, flushdraw missed, he won´t shove there Jx for value, so that leaves 88, 2x(which is not so likely), JJ (since you aslo hold J then I would think he doesn´t have that hand either). Since there are so little hand combinations that he can shove for value and all the missed draws I´m calling river.

What about two pair hands like J8 J9 89 or even QT for straight, thats what i put him on when i fold. I just dont believe hes shoving here one pair type hands.
p.s. he told me that he had A2

J8 should lead/3-bet on the flop
QT would likely fold turn
so that leaves J9, but even then I think there shouldn´t so many hands that he is shoving for value
