I don´t think he´d c/c flop with 88/99 medium pp.
So he might have there QQ/KK which me might call again or Ax hand that he would go to showdown.
So basically if you bet it is hard him to call with worse hands and I doubt he´d fold too many better hands

ofc vbet thinly river (~1/2p) , he calles with big underpairs (KK,QQ, maybe 77-88 sometimes), AK, AQ. H
e s betting strong on turn for sure there to max value vs your strong A if u play like this, to c/r fe.., so the only hand that improves on river rly is AJ which even folds pf maybe, JJ very improbable..
i dont see any point in c coz this opp prolly doesnt make thin vbets himself and abs no bluffs on river on this pretty scary board, hence we should bet ourselves. For him he either has weaker than us or AA, i dont see that many other that he plays like this (TT?) .. but thin vbets ftw! so ship, ship moniezzz on river
