imo you should just 4-bet and go all-in pf
what better hands you´d expect fold out on the turn or which worse hands would call.
turn is check behind unless you have some sick read he´d play random hands that way. Then b/c is very good move

4bet/broke pre is my standard.
As played - why do you bet the turn? Which worse hand should call? Which better hand will fold?

in few hand I got from him he seemd very tight so I didn't 4beted, and on turn I betted there to make him fold QQ and protect from AQ.

Mhh, he won´t really fold that often QQ on the turn and protecting against 14% seems kind of silly. So I´d still prefer check back on the turn :)
ANd if he has AQ and hit his Q, he isn´t really valuebetting, so you can take free showdown.
