Preflop:( 6 Players ) Hero is UTG with K :spade: A :diamond:
Hero raises, 1fold, CO calls, BU folds, SB 3-bets, BB calls, Hero caps, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls

Flop: ( 4 Players ) 5 , 2 :club:, 5 :club:
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls

Turn: ( 4 Players ) 3 :diamond:
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, SB calls, BB folds

River: ( 2 Players ) 8 :diamond:
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls

This hand is out of the best sample hands SH. But apparently nobody can answer my question to this hand in this thread. I post it here again, hoping someone can give me an answer.

My problem with this hand is the riverline. For me it is an easy check behind on the river but in the comments it is said we have got a valuebet on the river.
Why should this be a valuebet? I don't see any call from a worse A high.

Only hand that you can tie pot is AK. KK-TT would coldcall your river bet. So I would check behind.

he
a) often folds a worse A
b) often has a better Hand (pocket which he plays wawb, scared because of our preflopcap)
b) may maybe try to bluff us out

all this makes a cb better imo.
