No Limit Holdem Tournament
$15+$1
8 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG (1460)
UTG+1 (1275)
MP1 (1825)
MP2 (2620)
CO (1425)
BTN (1320)
SB (1330)
Hero (BB) (2245)

Blinds: 25/50

Pre-flop: (75, 8 players) Hero is BB K♦ A♣
2 folds, MP1 raises to 200, 4 folds, Hero calls 150

Flop: K♣ T♦ 7♣ (425, 2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets 250, Hero raises to 700, MP1 folds

Final Pot: 925

Do you 3bet or call pre-flop? I never know which one to do, calling and playing oop sucks but it's still kind of deep to possibly get it in pre-flop (in case I 3bet and he shoves I can't fold) and in case he only calls my 3bet the pot will be huge and I'll miss the flop often.

Flop play: is my raise size good? What about calling and trying to get more value on later streets? Too fancy?

Hi all,

Your line is fine. Vs late position openers I prefer just shoving preflop (if those players raised to 150 I would just call).

Flop: the raise size is fine. 3x is fine too. Just don't minraise
