getting the flop bet raised I didn't know what to do
he possibly has J with a better kicker or even a T
but on the other hand I don't want to throw away my highest pair (in HU with a pair flop)
same question for the river
but as the 3 gives me additinal outs I check again
and then on the turn it's to late to simply fold

I guess I have a leak here
often when I don't know what to do I call everything down
maybe not the best choice
shall I re- or check-raise at some point? when?
Thank you.

this is well played. bluffinduce has a lot of value in such situations. against aggressive opponents it´s even possible to 3 bet the flop and lead the turn, in order to make sure that draws can´t take the freecard.
but you can´t fold toppair in a unraist Pot HU without a good read.

Ok, thanks.
So the 2 outs I get from the 3 doesn't change anything for me?
I will just think about raising according to my opponents play and if not always call down in similar situations.
