Hello. I have passed the test however, I can only pick 1 poker site to play at and that is bet365. This poses a problem for me because I am a US players and US players are not accepted at bet365. How can I get my starting capital at a US-friendly pokersite?

Unfortunately you will not be entitled to the free starting capital, which was explained to you in the terms/conditions which you signed up to.
Unfortunately due to current legal framework within the United States, PokerStrategy are unable to offer accounts to residents of the U.S.A.
In 2006 ,US lawmakers passed the so called Unlawful Internet Gambling Act (UIGEA). Whilst we believe that it does not apply to PokerStrategy.com, as a legal precaution, we fully comply with it.
Thus it is our policy not to accept customers from the USA.
It is hoped that this legal situation changes soon so that this restriction can be reviewed.
We would like to wish you well with your poker though, wherever you decide to play.
