good call on flop or fold ? what then?
Fold flop is too weak. U could 3bet small to induce a shove from fds. Or call and c/r turn all in.
Don't really like small reraise on the flop to induce, it's just not working against most opponents.
I also think we can't fold since it is not all that likely he is raising a J. I am probably calling flop and c/r all-in on a non heart turn.

Can´t he play his draws optimal against us because we are oop and he can easily cb turn and take a freecard.
Well, since our hand is not really nuts I don't mind him checking behind the turn. Sure, he can play the draw optimal on the turn, but we have the information what he is playing that way, so we can deal with it.
