I don't know what his huge raise means, I suppose it can be a set but also JJ,QQ sometimes KK, maybe FD, should I push on flop? I'm going to play c/r on turn.

you can't think every time that a guy raises you that he has a set.Standard play is to push flop ,even more when you are out of position. He will call you here with a ton of hands that you have crushed.

his flop raise could mean anything at microstakes. At small stakes, it would probably be a set/flushdraw.

just get it in preflop, you are more or less committed already when you call the raise and OOP is difficult to play. As for your river shove, what do you expect to beat? I see him having a full house most of the time.

I think you should deice on the flop if you want to play for stacks
since villain is loose I´d just shove and expect to get called by worse hands
don´t like b/c flop and then c/c turn or c/f turn
I think you can c/c river or c/f river depends on your reads, don´t see a lot worse hands calling your shove.
