$0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

MP3 is a reg, runs 15/11/2.5 in 1.6k hands.
30hands of BU, 31/0/1.

My ccpf is about 6~8%, 3bet 3.5~4%.

On the flop, I'm not sure to raise or call.
MP3 looks like an overpair or set, maybe somes wierd 2pair like 97s or A9 T9.
Flatting here is somewhat dangerous with 2 oops left to act, while raising also seems just facing my hands up as a set.
It may not easy for someone to call the raise with worse except some few OESD.
Any advice here?

After MP3 calls the flop raise, I think he mostly have set, JJ+, sometimes 97 or OESD.
Do I just bet turn/shove river? or get one street value on the river is enough?

Thanks in advance for any comment.

board is not so drawy that I think you can just call ip.
turn check and river call are likely fine, since his likely hand is overpair or set and he won´t call too much turn barrel with TT-KK. Although I´d expect him to 3-bet being oop with higher set on the flop, since you shouldn´t make so many moves on dry boards.

I am also calling on the flop from time to time, not may draws out there. If you raise a good opponent will know what you have unless you are super aggro. Also you raise is too small that smells like a set.

As played turn and river are playable that way.
