So I received my $100 some time ago, but what should I do with it, keep playing on my current limit like nothing had happened or moved up to the coresponding limit?

Actually you should move up the limit when you got your $100 bonus.
But also you should play the limit you feel comfortable at.
But the skill difference is not very big at the micro limits, so moving up should be the best way. We are suggesting a controlled not aggressive but also not passive bankroll management.
So i would suggest to move up...
