If his donking on K high and 3suited board, then he must have something, but still I give myself some FE + FD + maybe one overcard and thats why put him all-in, is this ok? If he was a bigstack, Hero is calling flop?

Hi,

I think your FE is very low but you don't need much of it to justify going broke there against that 40bb guy with likely 12 outs, so it's fine.

With 100bb effective i don't think that changes your FE much against that guy, but if you think he'll call a raise with a 1 pair hand or a worse draw you should raise anyway. First because you probably won't get money from him afterward when you hit a 4 flushed board, and also because he might give you a free river that way by checking the turn to you. If you think there's a decent chance he'll just jam over a raise and you don't feel like calling off 100bb then just calling is fine, but raise/calling it wouldn't be bad either.
