Basicly i have recived my starting capital - party poker says i only have $1 availible and $49 restricted. So when does the $49 become active?

It also says i have 1 active bonus which is this

Total bonus offer: £28.97 GBP
Amount released: £0.00 GBP
Restricted amount: £28.97 GBP

Bonus type: Cash out-restricted
Expiry date: 91 day(s) - 06-Nov-2009

If someone can shed some light on this for me that would be super!

also, sorry if this is a stupid question but i have searched the forum and can't really find an answer.

Hello brodiemeah,

This is your starting capital

The reason it is "restricted" is because you can't cash it out yet until you have reached the required amount of PartyPoints. You will be able to use it at the tables quite freely though!
